How It Works
Step 01
We send your new flag
Each year, before Memorial Day, we deliver a clean, American-made flag directly to your home. Based on the chosen plan.
Step 02
You send back your old flag
Your package includes prepaid postage. Place your old flag in the envelope and drop it in the mail.
Step 03
We Retire It With Honor
We retire your flag properly, in accordance with U.S. Flag Code.
